We collect personal data from the customer through the form on the website, where the customer must enter the name, surname, a contact date ( e-mail/ telephone number).   • The right to justice represents the right to address the National Center for Personal Data Protection or the court, for the defense of any rights guaranteed by the Law on personal data protection.
  • The right to request the restriction of data processing – represents the possibility of requesting the data controller to preserve (keep intact certain categories or volume of data) for the period of time that is justified in terms of the purpose of the right concerned.
  • The right not to be part of automated decision making / automated profiling – represents the right of the data subject to request the operator to review the automated process of processing personal data in order to stop the creation of profiles or automated decisions.
