The transportation service is well organized and synchronized with the lodging. Your luggage may be safe in our car, if your flight is later, and you may be able to take advantage of this time doing shopping or doing a last visit to the dentist.

The dentist’s skills are much more important than the language he speaks. However, the result of the treatment and the satisfaction of the patient depend on the comprehension between the dentist and the patient. Fortunately, for our dental clinic this is not an issue. You will certainly understand everything and will be understood right from the first phone contact and then when you will be met at the airport, at the reception of the clinic and of course during the appointments to the dentists.  

A significant importance in this sense lies on the Personal Assistant put at the disposal of every patient of our clinic. She speaks  your language and will be always near you to ensure translation. She will also take care of your appointments, will coordinate the treatments between specialists and will keep records of every single procedure made in our dental clinic.  

Last, but no least important, your personal assistant will take care that your treatment plan, which has been established after the consultation, is performed correctly and in time, taking in account the day of your departure.

Every patient of our clinic will receive, without any additional costs, a series of documents and information about the dental treatment performed. The documents will be in English (or in other language you will request).  

• At the end of each stage of your treatment you will receive an invoice that you can present to your accountant or insurer to deduct the medical costs and receive a refund (valid just for some EU countries)

• We can also provide you with a certificate of hospitalization for the period of dental treatment in the Republic of Moldova. It can be submitted to the National Health Service (NHS), to your family doctor or employer in order to record these days as sick leave and not deducted from the paid annual leave.
• Not less important is the implant and bio-materials passport used in surgical interventions. It contains the origins, the characteristics of the implants and materials used, very useful information with which you can address to any dentist in case of necessity or if for some reason you cannot return to Moldova.
• The warranty certificate for the definitive crowns will be given to you at the end of the treatment and ensures you the right of resolving any eventual issues free of charge throughout the warranty period. In our clinic, the dental implants and the definitive crowns/ bridges are guaranteed for a period of 5 years.
